Yes I just came across another stupid fake splash page.This one was claiming to get you 10 million Twitter followers.Really 10 million followers please you have to be joking.imaging 10 million Twitter Followers.That would be useful,But the thing about using twitter if you update your blog use the RSS.Once i made a tweet about a blog I came across I found it interesting straight away I received a Negative Response because the other Twitter User thought I was Promoting my own Blog.His Response was to use the RSS and he is Correct.I should have used the RSS but the Thing is.Twitter What is It? There has been nothing online like this before,So when a relatively new Tweeter joins.The first thing he will see is those people with 1000's of followers.Twitter can be a very useful Tool for promoting your blog.Looking over my tweets I don't beleive I have ever tweeted about my blog.Why because the same way I would view the Tweets from other Tweeters.i.e If I use twitter to promote my blog and you use Twitter to Promote You Blog.Twitter would be full of Blog Promoters.Promoting blogs is ok but not if they are your own.I wrote this Because I am no Good at tweeting if I am no Good At Tweeting I will not get Many Followers.So I just Need some software to Help.So I see a chance of Getting 10 million Twitter Followers and all I have to do is answer the following Two Questions and I could Get 10 Million Twitter Followers.Look it's simple just answer these 2 little Questions.

Now there is a problem with the site.Look at the Stats that is lots of Visits with all these visitors there are you would think they have no revenue problems.Now take a look at why i believe

When trying to read the drop down menus that do not show and are hidden by the Adsence Unit.If this was a Small website they would be in the Adsence forum now asking why they were banned.

Finding a Job With Agencies

The chances of finding employment now is getting slim.It would be nice to get a position in a Top Company,But when this does not work there is another option.Employment Agencies can be a great place to find work. Allthough many vacancies are not full time work they can help you gain experience.

There are many International Agencies Such as Manpower and Adecco who offer Employment in different Careers and non Qualified Work.But you can also find Marketing Agencies,IT Specialists even Catering which I have Worked in so I will use this example to show you how Employment Agencies Work.

Bill is a Guy who Called in Sick Today to his Boss Tom.
Tom needs work done but Bill is Sick and can't come to Work.
Tom Calls Manpower and tells him Bill his Chef cannot come to work and He needs somebody to fill in for the week in the company.You are registered with Manpower as A Chef Looking for Work.
Then Manpower Call you and Send you to Work with Tom for the Week.
Next week you get a Job in another Kitchen with another company and So on.

But it's not always like that sometimes a company thinks they need more Staff and hires People for Short Term Employment to see if they Really need extra employees.You do a Trail Peroid for just say 6 weeks and if they find that they do want employees then you have a full time position with companies.

So if you can't find your Dream Job try Employment or Recruitment Agencies they might have Something to offer your career.

Something that tells me exactly what I must Do.And it will work for me 100%. I often hear People advising me about what I should do just because it worked from them, It Does not mean it will work for everyone.When Searching the Internet for answers. Whatever it is there is alway some Blog or Site that will try to convince you, That they have the answer and All you have to do is buy some Stupid EBook or join a site and read a few emails from them or get more crappy EBooks.This is and Example How to improve your life gave me a total of 762,000,000 results. Now,how do i know which of those Are for me.Take this blog for Example if you Scroll to the bottom you will see this post again and it's the same on all posts on this blog. I can fix it but i will have to revert to Classic Template Loosing my Gadgets and i like my Gadgets.I could Search for answers on how to fix it but where.I know what the mistake is but i cannot find where the line is in the Html i wonder how many Pages i have to Look through to find exactly what i must do.

Searching For A WYSIWYG builder for Ubuntu Showing no results had I known Of Peacock Or KompoZer I would not have bothered installing Wine to use Windows Based Web Developers.

This Was my Experience trying to Find a Windows based Website Builder for Ubuntu using Wine. Now i see why i moved to Ubuntu yes like all Windows Computer based software you only get a taste of it for free.Graphics are sometimes unstable and I guess Wine Helps you to Remember "How Crap Vista Is" After I Downloaded 2 Free Website builders and both of them are only trails. Of course this happens all the time you type in Free website software and there is Millions of results. But how many of the a free the results are bugging at first because Cnet comes up always when you search for free software but its free to Try. Well us bloggers have to be very exact when we say we have content or we will not come up in a search.

But Cnet always does on the first page, even though the product is not there . Another example is Softpedia , same Story all trails if i do a search for Free website Builder Trails . Everthing for Computers except what I am looking for.
I only get 144000 results. But i am looking for a free program to build a website
I get even more Results. I do an advanced search for free program to build a website download and one of the first result is Windows Defender. So where the hell do i find one i know there is programs like this but where are they ?.

Lets Get back to CNET how come they come up so often in search even though they have no results in their description it says CNET is the premier destination for tech product reviews, news and price comparisons, free software downloads, daily videos, and podcasts.Maybe this is the secret a good Description tag. I hear lots about spiders not paying attention to keywords and by the example of CNET .I can see this is true because their key words CNET, product reviews, tech reviews, tech news, free software downloads, CNET.com have very Little to do with their content in fact only 33%.So soon as I found my free website builder and forget about trying to find something Windows Based.
